Robert Browning, M.S., LPC
I knew pretty early on that I wanted to become a counselor. In between playing videogames in college, I found a love for two things; the human mind and working with young people. From working at a youth summer camp to being a residential advisor in a freshmen residence hall, I love learning from and working with young people as they journey through life.
I approach therapy through a strengths-based lens where the focus is on the journey and not the destination. Although I often think that phrase to be cheesy, it could not be more accurate about life.
I do my best work with teens who are struggling with identity, emotions, relationships, and finding their place in the world.
Through my work in various settings including, community clinics, a homeless shelter, and a youth detention facility; I have had the privilege of working with young people from various backgrounds, identities, and challenges.
- I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha
- I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado
- I have experience in : social work, case management, crisis intervention and addiction counseling.
I love working with teens to...
help them explore their identity, emotions, relationships and finding their place in the world.
As a member of the LGBTQ community, I have a passion for working with young people who may have difficulty with the unique challenges that come with being part of the community.
