8-week group focused on Self-Esteem and Empowerment for Teen Girls, ages 13-16

• Understand the sources of both positive and negative self-esteem
• Acknowledge societal pressures experienced by teen girls
• Understand your own Communication Style and its impact on relationships
• Examine your Personal Values and how to attract friends who share those values
• Learn to resolve Conflict more effectively
• Gain Confidence about your body image
• Enjoy the Support of a group environment

8 sessions — Each session includes discussion, relationship-building and hands-on activities.

$35 per session

10% discount if 8 weeks are paid in full upfront
